It is the mission of the Texas Restaurant Association to serve as the advocate in Texas and indispensable resource for the hospitality and food source industry.  Furthermore, it is the mission of this event to raise funds to benefit the Texas Restaurant Association Education Programs which provides an opportunity for education in the restaurant industry in San Antonio.
